Order processing

Most orders ship within 0–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Please provide a complete delivery address, including any apartment, suite, or street number. Missing address details can delay fulfillment.

U.S. shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Carrier schedules, weather, and remote destinations can affect the final arrival date.

Tracking

When your order leaves our facility, we send a dispatch email with the tracking number and carrier link. Tracking can also be accessed from our Track My Order page.

Carriers and international orders

The carrier used for an order may vary by destination and service availability. International duties, taxes, or import fees, when charged by local authorities, are the customer's responsibility.

Order changes and cancellations

If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is processing.
