How to track
- Open the dispatch email sent to the address used at checkout.
- Select the tracking number or carrier link.
- Use the carrier page to see the latest scan and estimated delivery date.

Why is my tracking not moving yet?
A new tracking number may take time to show its first carrier scan. Carrier schedules, weather, customs, and remote destinations can also affect updates.
I cannot find my tracking email
Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. If it is still missing after dispatch, contact the Lab with your order number.
When should I contact support?
If the estimated delivery window has passed or the carrier shows an unexpected status, use our contact form or email info@modernenergylab.com. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
