    Dusk Spin is a round pendant that turns on its chain. One side holds a round black onyx, dark and polished, and the other side holds a round mother of pearl with its soft, iridescent shimmer. As the pendant turns, the two faces show in turn, so the necklace looks dark in one moment and luminous in the next.

    The black onyx measures about 10 by 2 millimeters, and the pendant carries about 3.65 carats of stone in total. The sterling silver or gold vermeil frame keeps the pendant balanced, so it turns smoothly on the chain.
