Payments & security

The payment methods available to your address and order are shown at checkout. Use the options displayed there; a payment icon elsewhere on the site does not guarantee that a method is available in every country.

Your currency

The selected destination determines the currency offered by the current market configuration. Check the currency and final total before confirming payment. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or cross-border fees; contact it about those terms.

A secure checkout

Complete payment only through the checkout provided by the store. We do not ask you to send a full card number, password or security code through email or a contact form. For an order question, provide the order number and the email used at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how quickly the credit appears after the refund is processed. Read the return guide for the approval process.

Delivery and import charges

Read the Shipping page and the final checkout total. Where import duties, taxes or carrier handling charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable on arrival according to the destination and delivery arrangement.
