A Knotted Cord Band
Closely repeated knots give the band a textured surface. At the back, two cord ends pass through a wider sliding section and finish in small knots. This arrangement lets the loop open before it is tightened around the wrist.

My wrists are on the bigger side of average for a woman and this fits fine and not overly tight or stretched. It is comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off.
