Wrap a narrow paper strip around the finger you plan to wear the ring on, keeping it snug without squeezing.
2 Mark
Mark where the ends overlap, then check that the loop can pass over your knuckle.
3 Compare

My wrists are on the bigger side of average for a woman and this fits fine and not overly tight or stretched. It is comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off.
