The stones have a nice weight and polish to them, and the elastic feels sturdy and durable. It fits perfectly on my larger 8-inch wrist, so it should work well for both men and women. My wrists are on the bigger side of average for a woman and this fits fine and not overly tight or stretched. It is comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off.
