On the wrist the navy style shows its mix: a thick band of tight knots, a full ring of metal beads and a fine cord carrying a short row of them. The green style keeps the thick band and fine cord but swaps the bead ring for a green-and-yellow checked weave.
The loose ends are tipped with small metal caps, knotted tips or tassels, depending on the bracelet, so they hang neatly instead of fraying. On the thick band, short bands of multicolor thread are wrapped on either side of the knot.
Meaning & tradition
In Tibetan bracelet tradition, copper and woven cord symbolize hopes for prosperity and good luck.
Each copper bead has a soft, twisted nugget shape, so neighboring beads catch the light at slightly different angles.
Copper is traditionally associated with balance and luck.

Mark where the paper overlaps and measure the strip flat against a ruler.

Very happy with this little lamp it is extremely well-made. The different settings for the lighting is great and works well. The base is very heavy. It is definitely smaller than it appears in the ad which is my only complaint.
