The stones have a nice weight and polish to them, and the elastic feels sturdy and durable. It fits perfectly on my larger 8-inch wrist, so it should work well for both men and women. I’m very happy with the quality and look of this bracelet, definitely recommend.

My wrists are on the bigger side of average for a woman and this fits fine and not overly tight or stretched. It is comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off.
