Pull the tails gently in opposite directions until the strand rests where you like it.
3 Release
To take it off, push the knot back toward the tails to widen the loop again.

My wrists are on the bigger side of average for a woman and this fits fine and not overly tight or stretched. It is comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off.
