Our quality promise starts with clear expectations. Read the material, dimensions, finish, fastening and care information for the piece you choose. If a detail needed for your decision is missing, ask us to confirm it.

Natural variation

Color, grain, inclusions and pattern can vary between natural materials. Photos describe appearance but cannot make every piece identical. A named material does not establish a mining origin, treatment status or independent certification unless the listing says so and provides supporting information.

Measurements and photographs

Manual measurements can vary slightly, and screens and lighting affect perceived color. Compare the stated dimensions with a ruler or a piece you already own. Contact us if a tolerance is important to your fit; we do not invent one universal tolerance for every product.

Claims and documentation

Supplier naming is not the same as independent testing. A report or certification applies only when it is clearly provided for the offered material or item. We do not treat a collection name, trade label or stamp as proof of every product’s identity.

If something arrives wrong
