Ring size guide
Use an existing ring that fits the same finger, or measure that finger with a narrow paper strip. Fingers can change size during the day; repeat the measurement when your hands are at a comfortable temperature. A wide ring may feel tighter than a narrow band.
Measure an existing ring
Place a ruler across the center and measure the inside diameter only. Do not include the metal walls. Compare the diameter with the approximate US conversion below. The product’s available size system takes priority.
| Approximate US size | Inside diameter, mm | Inside circumference, mm |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | 14.9 | 46.8 |
| 5 | 15.7 | 49.3 |
| 6 | 16.5 | 51.8 |
| 7 | 17.3 | 54.3 |
| 8 | 18.1 | 56.9 |
| 9 | 19.0 | 59.7 |
| 10 | 19.8 | 62.2 |
| 11 | 20.6 | 64.7 |
| 12 | 21.4 | 67.2 |
Measure your finger
Wrap a narrow paper strip around the finger, mark the overlap, then measure the strip from its start to that mark. Keep it snug without compressing the skin. Check that the loop can pass over your knuckle. Repeat twice and compare your measurements; ask for help if the results disagree.
Printable millimeter ruler
Print this page at 100% / Actual size, with “Fit to page” disabled. The calibration line below must measure exactly 100 mm on paper. If it does not, do not use the printout to select a size. This is a ruler for measuring your marked paper strip, not a ring sizer.
Adjustable rings
Adjustability has limits. Only use the range supplied for that product; gently adjust once to a comfortable fit rather than repeatedly bending the band. A gap, open shape or flexible construction does not establish an unlimited size range.
